Deleting your account

1. Sign in at sizuq.com. In the mobile app, open You → Preferences → Delete your account, which opens the same page.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. You will be asked to re-authenticate first — a signed-in session on its own is not enough to start a deletion.

If you cannot sign in — a lost passkey, an inaccessible email — write to contact@sizuq.com from an address linked to the account and we will verify ownership another way.

Deletion is scheduled, not instant. For 30 days your account is deactivated and everything in it stops being reachable by anyone, including you. Within that window you can restore it through the link in the confirmation email.

After 30 days the deletion is carried out and cannot be undone.

• Your profile, handle, and everything you wrote — posts, drafts, private notes, collections, and translations.
• Your sites and gardens, including any custom domain connection.
• Uploaded images and other files stored on your behalf.
• Sign-in methods: passkeys, linked Apple / Google / X accounts, two-factor secrets, and recovery codes.
• Every session, on the web and in the app, on all devices.
• Your reactions to other people's posts, and the subscriptions you created.

• Security logs — sign-in attempts and security events, with IP addresses and user agents stored only as irreversible hashes. Kept up to 12 months to investigate abuse.
• Billing records — if you ever paid, invoices and payment records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are held by our payment processor; we do not store card details at any point.
• Backups — routine database backups may still contain your data until they age out, typically within 90 days. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy, which is the authoritative statement of our retention periods.

Nothing in this list is used to rebuild your account or to contact you.

Removing sizuq from your phone signs that device out and nothing more. Your account and everything in it stay where they are until you request deletion above.
