You retain ownership of the content you post on sizuq. By posting, you grant sizuq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your content, except for reasonable backup retention or where retention is required to respond to legal requests.

You are solely responsible for your content and for any consequences of posting it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose a risk to other users or to the Service. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason for an action and provide an opportunity to respond.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sizuq and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
